Balance and mid-range shooting

In the video, the ability to balance is combined with the execution of a shot from a medium distance.All the “basics” in the execution of the shot (BEEF) apply.

Balance and execution of a reverse lay up.

The video presents two simple execution routines for a reverse lay up.

1st individual training unit of the summer season 2018.

Total duration 90 minutes.

You will need 2 balls and 2 chairs. If you only have one ball, use it in both different positions of the exercises, you will simply have to put more effort into transporting it from position to position. If you don’t have chairs, simply place the balls on the ground on two cloths so that the wind doesn’t blow them away or have someone with you to pass them to you.
