John Tsoumpris – BASKETBALL COACH since 1992

SUMMARY

Dedicated coach with over thirty years of experience providing high-quality basketball training, skilled in engaging and developing young athletes.

Graduated from the Gymnastics Academy of Democritus University (1993).
Additional studies at the Kapodistrian University in sports management (2005) and at the  Aegean University (2020) in Special Education and Learning Disabilities.

As a basketball player, he played for Olympiacos Piraeus (1981 – 1987), Themistokles Piraeus (1988 – 1989) and Triton Thessaloniki (1991 – 1993)

Member of the Greek Basketball Coaches Association since 1993.

Author of 4 books on teaching basketball at developmental ages and 1 book about teaching basketball for people with mental disorders (ASD Spectrum, Down Syndrome e.t.c.).

Founder “Jump Ball Of Love“ in Greece – recognized program by the Greek State for teaching basketball to people with disabilities.
