Individual Ball Handling and Shooting Training – Phase 2 Lockdown

Individual Ball Handling and Shooting Training – Phase 2 Lockdown

We are in the period of the 2nd wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Amateur” sport has gone into a phase of suspending its activities.
Consequently, male and female basketball players, especially at developmental ages, have been cut off from team activities.

It is important, following the necessary health protocols, that young sportsmen and women exercise twice a week, with a targeted fitness program given by their team’s coaches.
Whenever there is an opportunity for individual skill training, even with a two-person effort, individual skill in the technical elements of basketball is maintained.
In the video I prepared for you, which is aimed at developmental ages 12 to 15, I run a technique drill with ball handling drills, shooting drills and jump shot drills.
Warm-up and cool-down instructions are included in the video.
Important: Every person who performs this program has the necessary medical certificate to participate in sports programs!

The training content can be combined with an individual fitness program.
All basketball friends welcome, with parent or coach supervision where possible.
Have health, patience and optimism for better days to come.
