Individual Ball Handling and Shooting Training – Phase 2 Lockdown<\/h1>\n

We are in the period of the 2nd wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
\n“Amateur” sport has gone into a phase of suspending its activities.
\nConsequently, male and female basketball players, especially at developmental ages, have been cut off from team activities.<\/h2>\n

It is important, following the necessary health protocols, that young sportsmen and women exercise twice a week, with a targeted fitness program given by their team’s coaches.
\nWhenever there is an opportunity for individual skill training, even with a two-person effort, individual skill in the technical elements of basketball is maintained.
\nIn the video I prepared for you, which is aimed at developmental ages 12 to 15, I run a technique drill with ball handling drills, shooting drills and jump shot drills.
