“Cleisthenian” Games 2022

We invite you to the Cleisthenian Games.

The “Clisthenios” (in honor of the Sikyonian Politician and Olympian Cleisthenes) night race and the Aquathlon will be held on the coastal streets and marina of the city of Kiatos.
CLOSED NIGHT ROAD RACE

“Mikoni” and the SISYFOS Sports Association invite you for the second year in a row to the night race on the beautiful beach of the city of Kiatos!

The “Cleisthenes” (in honor of the Sikyonian Politician and Olympian Cleisthenes) night race will be held on August 27, 2022 on the coastal streets of the city.

The participants will have the opportunity to run the distances of 2.5, 5 & 10 kilometers and also enjoy the view of the sea, receiving the welcome pack from the square of Kiatos. After the race starts they will cross the entire coastal zone in the colors of the sunset. The routes will start from 19:30 pm.

Respecting the protocols of the games, the ranking is formed by the total time of each athlete.
Medals will additionally be given to the first three of the Men’s & Women’s categories at the distances of 5 & 10 km.

KIATO CLOSED AQUATHLON

“Mikoni”, the Trade Association of Kiatou “O Ermis”, the gym ALTIUS and the Nautical Club of Kiatou invite you to the Klisthenios Aquathlon on the beautiful beach of the Town of Kiatou!
The “Klisthenios Aquathlon” (in honor of the Sikyonian Politician and Olympian Cleisthenes) will be held on August 28, 2022 in the Marina and the coastal streets of the city.
Participants will have the opportunity to swim for 750m in the Marina protected from motors and currents and then passing through the transition zone to run the distance of 5 kilometers enjoying the view of the sea. The reception of the welcome pack will take place from the square of Kiatos. The match will start at 09:00 am.
