Dear friends, dear parents and children,
during this period of “We Stay Home”, you can exercise in a cycling program in a small area of ​​your home to improve or maintain your fitness.
“Circular gymnastics”, as the word etymology says, takes place in a “circle”.
This means that you are able to perform different exercises in succession, passing from completing one to the next, within a set time. For this program you will work with parents with children!
For you parents and children, time varies. One is for the older ones and the other for our younger students. Also, in the photos I present to you, you will see some fitness equipment that is tailored to my needs.
For you guys I will suggest some alternative uses of objects that you can do in your gym.
From the exercises I present you will select some and include them in your schedule.
The exercises you choose are also called “stations”.
In each workout you should choose:
3 – 5 exercises – stations, if you are in the 3rd and 4th Grades
5 – 8 exercises – stations if you are in Elementary and Elementary Elements.
All exercises are performed at the following times:
20 seconds 3rd and 4th grade of elementary school
30 seconds E and Elements of elementary school
45 – 60 seconds parents and older children in the family (high school and high school)
After performing each exercise at the specific time specified above, you change station – exercise You rest for an equal amount of time (1: 1 break) and continue in the same manner until all exercise stations are completed. Children may also have an extra time of 5 – 10 seconds to rest before the next exercise.
Completion of this first set of selected exercises – stations (3 – 8 stations) is called a cycle.
The total cycles of each training session are determined by your fitness level and your age.

After each complete cycle of exercises – stations, a 2 – 5 minute break (depending on fitness) follows.
